We reemphasize in the interviews the necessity of writing in a personal Study Journal. As Nephi said, "I write the things of my soul," [2 Nephi 4:15], we take care and recognize and write down the insights, ideas, new questions, and, especially, the promptings we receive.
Also Sister Kosak teaches the doctrine of Repentance.
In our Summer Teaching Initiative we want to become better teachers, the question is asked,
"What can and should I do as a teacher to more effectively represent and serve the Lord?"
